What you were selling was not clear. It would much more helpful to have a questionnaire that asks what you are tying to secure and walks you through the steps guiding you to the right kind of SSL cert. I am also told by my host that it is very odd to have the SSL tied to a name and NOT an IP which made setup confusing for them. All and all, the process and directions could have and should have been much more clear. I had to chat with 3 different guys before I got to one that could help me when I contacted chat support.
Please don't change. I may at last have found a cert supplier with sensible no-nonsense prices and services. A HUGE range of products and a nice, quick and efficient delivery service. I'll buy a few more and then start moving all my Certs over to you from my current provider.
