I was getting an error when I tried to purchase. That in itself wouldn't have been too big of a deal. The problem is that when I created a support ticket, several of the reps would answer without reading my question carefully and so the answers I got were useless. With that said, two reps did a great job: Sergey Shandyba and Daniel Gaponyuk were great. Thanks to them I was able to solve the problem.

Bought a 2 year, would be better if certificate did not have to be renewed after 1 year
I had no idea how to do an SSL certificate. However the customer service was outstanding. Not only were they outstanding, they were very patient and answered every single question I had. Because of my lack of knowledge, I needed to reach out to them and it was well worth it.
