Is dificult to update a certificate.
It didn't remember my card that i used on the site before
I really enjoy your products. Although i wish there was more tutorials, faqs and tips for usage. Including alternative systems. I'm running NGINX on my Ubuntu server for example. It would be nice having a tutorial from you.

Easy to use website although the new design takes a bit of getting used to
The new site layout doesn't work in any of the 3 browsers I tried. Your certs work fine. I've bought about 20 from you. But if the site continues to be unusable in older browsers, you will lose this customer.
I had to modify the cert to include your authority info, but no issues after that. I will definitely buy it again, and recommend your service.
