Nice autoatendant tool, in almost 15 minutes I have my SSL site up, verified and running with a verifyed SSL certificate.

The instructions that Comodo provides (and that SSLs.com provides links to) for installing the PositiveSSL certificates on Apache are incorrect for versions of Apache 2.4.8+. The SSLCertificateChainFile directive is obsolete.

To fix the issue I appended the.ca-bundle file to my.crt file, saved it, and installed that. In my Apache ssl.conf file I dropped the SSLCertificateChainFile because I merged its file contents into the SSLCertificateFile.
