Your T&Cs are a bit weird... wildcard certificates not allowed on multiple devices... but your support service was very fast and clarified. You should update them fast!

People sometimes install new certificates on a working certificate that will expire soon. Site ownership confirmation procedure uses only http link, it would be better to use both http and https links, because some products has http redirections configured to https.
