Although generally easy to understand and user friendly. There were a few things I noted:

My client's business name includes an apostrophe. This was entered on the form that generated their CSR at their web host (Hostek), but not present when decoded your end. Is that normal?

After entering the additional certificate details your end, which requires the contact details of a full-time employee. The certificate and other details were sent there and not to me who purchased and required it for install. Is there a way around this? It is particularly inconvenient and I also don't want you exposing yourself as my supplier in the future.

Upon submitting verification, there is no information of what to do or expect next - just a pending activation screen that gives no indication whether it will update on completion or not. Does it update?

Something on your site was crashing Chrome (Version 53.0.2785.143 m) the other day, but I can no longer remember what.

Do you supply email certificates?

Everything was good. Got the SSL Certificate quickly without much hassles.

Paid around 1000 Rs. For three years worth of service. That is a pretty good deal as compared to other SSL Certificate providers, but as I am a cheap guy (probably because I am not earning anything right now), I find even that costly.

I initially had some problems on my WordPress because 'insecure content' was being displayed, but I fixed it within two days and now it is working perfectly fine. Had to use a WordPress plugin called "SSL Insecure Content Fixer" (mentioning this because this might come in handy for you).

Also, you will have to modify your.htaccess file (or do some other changes if you do not have Apache) to redirect everything to 'https :// ' or 'https :// www.' (whichever you like), unless you only want a certain part of your website to be secure.

Lastly, it looks pretty cool and also serves its purpose. I would say go for it.
