I still need help installing the certificate into my Web site. I did add the file into my website www folder. But still it says invalid ssl certificate. The steps in help provided ate not clear.

The certificate process started quickly but the verification process was horrible - Same issue as last year,
They chose a phone number listed for you from some obsolete internet source and hold up the process until you get it through their ridiculous verification staff that the number they are calling you for verification purposes is wrong and will hold up the process indefinitely.
My mail server was partially down for two days and I finally had to call tech support for work arounds even after faxing and scanning CPA legal documents. They are cheaper than anyone else but unless you have only one listed phone number for your company you may have to jump through hoops to get the final cert.
The site in user friendly and the product clear, I choose the ssl certificate immediatly. The payment gatway is very fast.

Positive SSL certificate provisioning was a breeze. Will be looking at buying wildcard-multi domain and EV certificates early next year.
I find SSL certificates can get confusing, but this site is the first I have found that makes the process a little easier. One issue however was that I never received a renewal notice.
