AFTER I purchased my SSL certificate, I found out that it's only TLS v1, which was deprecated on June 30,2018 for ecommerce use. I should have been informed of that BEFORE I spent my money.
Their instructions for setting it up on GoDaddy web hosting are outdated and useless.
However, I can't complain about their price compared to GoDaddy's insanely high prices for SSL.

I'm not sure what the issue is but when I copy and paste the.txt into the SSL wizard of my shared host provider it says that the domain name does not match the that of the CSR. I simply copied and pasted that into your wizard to get the SSL.
Now the 1st company I did this with told me after the fact that it was not a Vanity SSL. Now before purchasing your product I had an extensive online chat with one of your representatives that assured me this is in fact a Vanity SSL.
I am also following up with my shared host provider to find out what the issue is.
