It was the online support that I was impressed with. The video that I had was not complete enough for me to place the SSL certificate on my wordpress site so the online help totally walked me through it. It was very much outside my comfort zone but she instructed me to do piece by piece until it got set up properly. Then she checked to make sure everything was good and she found an error which she then helped me to rectify. It was a good experience. Dan

SSL was quick in processing the order. Comodo on the other hand who validates company existence relies on Google translator for translating company names and thus a lot of misunderstandings happen in the process.
