A bit better walkthrough on how the purchase will progress before starting the purchase process would have been helpful. It was very unclear if and how the certificate would be delivered at the time of entering credit card info. That does not feel comfortable for first time buyers.
It would be good if that guide is split into use case scenarios like "cert for azure", so that all prerequisites can be met before starting a purchase. Otherwise, customer will likely end up in going through multiple failed orders.

The whole process was fairly seamless.
I had a friend help that is versed in this process and he said he has rarely had such control over a budget server. He was ale to install the ssl certificate and set the whole website up with ease. So you can expect him to refer business your way.

Cost is a bit deceiving. You mention a low figure on the homepage but then I figure out it applies only when buying a 3-year cert.
My main concern was whether such a basic certificate would work despite our limited budget and shared hosting. It did and the 'secure ' in all browsers is giving us an unprecedented appearance of professionalism.

I have purchased this SSL for a.space TLD, after your support told me that it was supported by may require extra steps on your side.
But actually, no extra steps were required and everything went very smoothly.
I've already paid, but you have not ask me site domains for what I want certificates for. It frustrates me. I'm not sure I'm doing the whole buying in the right way.
After I've payed, site gives me an ability to upload CSRs. It would be better to at least inform user in advance.
I've tried the whole week buy in credit card option, without success. Different SO and cards.
