Lots of hoops to jump through to get a SAN certificate activated by DNS, but very helpful support staff assisted.
Trying to pay with a credit card was absolutely impossible. 2 of my cards were declined for who knows what reason.
I was able to pay using Paypal, which solved my problem, by it was not something I wanted to do.
