Look, I find it hard to rate your product at this time because we have not as yet applied the SSL certificate to the intended web site. Once that is done, hopefully in a few days we will then know whether everything has worked out well

The process was very simple. The online purchasing workflow was a very simple walk through with good explanations of what I needed to do. The new certificate was delivered within the hour and I was able to install the new certificate without any problems.

It's a good product for an excellent price. The process was generally good, but could do with a little user experience testing - the feedback in some parts of the process is a little too brief. Specifically, at the end of the validation process, you're left a little hanging as to what happens next. Just a brief phrase "Thank you, you have completed the interactive part of the process, you will receive an email within the next day or so (probably hours) detailing the next phase" would be helpful.

Fine service, but the Comodo certificate did not contain all the information needed (in terms of chaining).
Had to download from your website to get the missing piece.

Everyone else wants greater than$100 for SSL certs, I just bought 2 YEARS for a little over $10! You guys are awesome!

Purchasing and getting the cert approved was easy. Support was sub-par. My issue was not resolved.
