Honestly, it works out of the box, it is very easy to set up (at least my IT guys says it is), have no issues, happy with the results.
Anytime I want to add a new certification, I just have to login and purchase, and then configure. It's really easy.

The process was easy and the prices are good, but little information is provided as to the requirements for each SSL in regards to the approval process.

It should be more clear that you cannot really do a renewal of your certificate on IIS 7 and that you must actually do a new certificate request. No a biggie but I did have to reach out to your support folks to resolve it and they resolved it quite quickly.
