There appears to be some ongoing problem with the order. You send a confirmation email to a non-existing email account which I did not provide to you and you said you would call me to confirm my ownership to a phone number which is only answered by voicemail. If you're going to send a confirmation email, you must send it to and email which EXISTS and which I provided. If you're going to call, make sure you tell customers IN ADVANCE that you intend to make a live phone call so you'll get a phone number which can be answered by that person.

The cert itself is great, the checkout was easy. Feedback would be:
1- I'm sure there are a lot of Windows people, please send them or write up how to add the folder for the IIS server if they choose the "file" method for confirmation to receive the cert. I had to wander around to figure out that the format presented is not the same for Windows as Linux,and then where to go to create the folder wanted.
2-I was very disappointed that I had to expose the web site to the outside world in order to get verification. I'm working in a lab, where we need certs, but not for outside use, only internal to either a campus, a company, or the lab. How is it not possible to run a file, get a code or response, and enter that in for verification? Seems silly to me. In the end, you forced me to create an email system, then an email, for one cert.
