I simply haven't received the SSL Cert even after the process registers "Completed". I know this is as much a function of my inexperience but when you buy something there should be an explicit presentation of that which was bought. I'll be on with support today. Thanks.
Purchased a 3-year renewal, then found out that it wasn't usable. I had to repurchase a 2-year version to be able to use it. Perhaps your purchasing page shouldn't offer a 3-year option if it can't be used.
