I'm client of SSLs.com for few years now, but this time I experienced their excellent support.
I had made a mistake with the validation of the certificate that I purchased. I received a very fast response and within about an hour was able to fix the issue. In my case I had to cancel the original order and purchase a new one. It took the staff ten minutes to cancel the order and I was able to use the refunds immediatly to perform the repurchase.

Efficient - just worried that no information about who I am buying from...
Very easy to understand and compare prices and options. Cert came in a few minutes. One observation is that the chained/intermediate certs come in a ca_bundle file. It wasn't clear to me initially that this corresponded to the chained/intermediate file that my isp was asking for.
