Small issue with selecting an email option for approval process as we had no email set up for that domain that I was aware of - it would be helpful to have more information in this area. Excellent service resolving this issue. Very happy with the result.

Your site is irritating and misleading. If i hadnt already wasted money that would be the end of it.

Happy with the service however it would be great if on renewal the existing certificate I have could be renewed rather than having to add a completely new one and go through the process of doing so which for someone non-technical isn't easy.

I just had a terrible experience with your live chat support. Took too long for responses and the rep was just not helpful in general.

I didn't realise that it was going to be so complicated!

But the SSL Certificate support staff were very patient and got me there in the end.

Product was good, however due to an issue with the CSR submission required four separate support sessions after the first I was hung up on, the second the problem denied, the third the problem ignored, the forth resolved it. Great product and price, but lacking aftersales support.
