Got 2 rate increases in 8 months for a outside spot for my 12' long trailer total of $12 increase. First increase was in March for $5 2nd increase was October 31,2022 for $7 a month. It's a outside spot not worth it for $52 a month do not prepay for months ahead they do not refund your money if you leave before your payments are up

I will NEVER put my belongings here again. After many years of renting here I am fed up! Ever since Storage Rentals of America aka SROA purchased the facility they raise their prices by $20 at least every 3 months. What started out at $86 per month is now going up again. Now making it $166. I'm done! I'll be moving my deceased parents and grandparents belongings out before their next increase. It was time for me to sort through it anyway and this just pushed me to do it before winter. They will lock you out of your rental after just being a couple days late, cut your lock off, add their lock and make u pay to remove it. And at 30 days late they add another $100 on to your late fee

I had to find a unit fast and they were there to help me. They are in a good area in Berea Ohio. I feel my things are safe. The price was very fair. Judy the agent was very helpful and knows her product well. Carl

I signed up EZ storage then they sold their property to SROA, when the moved happened my property is stuck in an expensive unit because EZ storage did a renovation and moved me. Now I'm screwed on about 100 a month cuz EZ storage moved my property and (actually never even asked me to first - yet told me weeks later). SROA was not willing to charge me what the EZ storage did which really sucks and s unfair but not SROA fault. I just wish they would've been a little nicer and catered more to my situation. Sad. Been there nearly 7 years now.

They locked me out when i was 4 days late. Didnt even give me a chance to just pay the late fee!

Not only that. They dont shovel the snow in front of my unit well.

And they dont spray for spiders and other insects.

And the price has Zoomed up since SROA took over. I used to pay less than $100 now I am paying close to $150 for the same unit.

Jordan was so nice and helpful. I've been off work with Covid so my bill is a late, Jordan made sure to get all of my info to see what can be done to help my situation. I really appreciated that. Jordan's customer service was A-1!
