Spyzie unfortunately never worked properly. It only pulled one download of information and the download was over a month old. I repeatedly asked for help troubleshooting the app install but customer support refused to help and would only reply that I was not eligible for a refund. I never asked for a refund- just wanted to get the app to work. Its a total scam!
SCAM, BEWARE!
1. most functions do not functions.
2. Support saying it needs root after you place a payment...
3. Stupid Icon in the App drawer (cannot disappear), looks like a 'game' icon but when clicked just an Ad. Is displayed. Clearly indicates there is a Spy installed
4. Whenever a feature is selected, a 'Cast' icon is displayed alarming the user he is being watched.
5. NO REFUNDS!

I tried different software and at some point decided to buy spyzie. First of all, you have to pay for their 'trial'. Installation is difficult and when I tried to get assistance I just couldn't get a hold of anyone. Their service is a joke
Product claims 7 day free trial, however they charge your account immediately and will not refund or cancel. Am now disputing with PayPal and BBB.
Stay clear of this app.
It takes 30 minutes to update the information. Seriously? This is the most stupid app I ever tied. Don't use it.
This app is rotten! I wasted my time, money and efforts and saw nothing I wanted. This app if filled with constant errors and it takes years to update the current info.
Your actions are under the legislation. It is not legal to spy on other people. Your actions are reckless. Don`t you think of getting in BIG trouble.

It doesn`t provide a full package of features u need to monitor on the target phone. This app is a shame and big disappointment!
After the installation I noticed very suspicious address. I can`t be sure that my information is safe. Don`t use this app if you don`t want to be deceived.
It is not possible to monitor group chats on WhatsApp and Viber. Why so? What`s the difference between group and simple messages? It is a total pain.
It sucks that video history and keylogger are not working. Without these features it is impossible monitor the target phone better to find other app with all working features and not pay money in vain.
This app is crashed. I spent all my day on this crappy app and didn`t manage to see what I wanted to see. It is as fast as a snail and if u cherish your time keep away from this app.
I purchased the Ultimate version for 3 months for 49.99. I received two order confirmations - both with the same order number but one said Ultimate and one didn't. When I logged into the program I was not given access to the Ultimate features. It kept telling me to upgrade.
I emailed them and they didn't respond. I emailed again and no response. All within the first 4 days. So I went to my credit card site to dispute the charge. Turns out they charged me 99.26 instead of the 49.99. Needless to say, I disputed the charge and I'm waiting for the decision.

9. How often is the monitored data updated on Spyzie dashboard?
The Spyzie monitoring app installed on the target device automatically collects data every four hours. Also, every time when you are signing into the Spyzie account, an active new syncing request will be triggered to ensure that you can view the latest data. You can also manually update the data displayed on the Control Panel by clicking the sync icon.
However this is all CRAP. It will not sync. And then after that they still refuse to refund you even after they say this. In case you have technical issues with the Spyzie monitoring tools, which cannot be fixed by Spyzie Customer Support Center, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with Refund Policy outlined below.
I e-mailed support constantly and they just kept sending the same crap that didn't fix the issue. Problem is they CAN'T fix it. It is new Apple security methods that prevent these syncs which causes there software NOT to work. But they don't want you to know that... They want you to PAY, Then FIND OUT. Then NOT REFUND you. Make no mistake they are one of THOSE companies!
You should never rely on this app and especially if you want to keep your child safe. It is not the app for this purpose. They only care about money and don`t care about their crap service.
Spyzie has made their product about them & not about the customer. It wasn't what I expected & they refused to give me a refund. Most other products of this type let you try before you buy, which is important because you really need to interact with this type of software first to see if it's going to fit your needs. Highly disappointed.
It worked for 2 days and then got uninstalled by Antivirus. If you are looking for something that can not be deleted easily this program is not for you. Of course support doesn't help in this case and I just wasted by money.
