Don't ever try the service of Beta Hacking Service. He or Eric Stewart is a complete lie/ scam. Promised me that job could be done in 2 hours, then say within 12-24 hours. Then sent a ready-made forwarded text saying that the spybot is not powerful enough and he needed more money to buy more expensive 'bugs' and all is a lie. You have been warned. I got conned as of yesterday 24/5/2019

Only after signing up and making payment came an email describing how to setup target phone intended to be monitored. Nothing of this sort was disclosed.
I am chasing them to cancel my subscription and make full refund as stated if complained within 7 days, but so far nothing has happened.

I totally recommend "incfidelibus". It gave me a peace of mind that my child was not being bullied and used his phone responsibly. The ability to see both sides of a conversation is also very helpful. The keylong (keystroke record) is a very useful piece of information. Tech support is quick to respond. GPS feature works well. A good plus to everything else you can see. I have no issues at all, and would recommend it.
I signed up for the 7 day trial and right away realized that it doesn't work as promised on IOS. I asked for a refund and got greeted with a reply of we are on vacation which extended past 7 days. They ignored me until after the 7 days and replied with this rude email.
"We don't have any free trial. 7 day refund means we will refund if Spyzie does not work within 7 days. We will not refund this order since there is nothing wrong with our program"
BUYER BE WARNED. It's a SCAM and you will loose your money.

This software is NOT as described. In order to monitor WhatsApp and other social media you need to root an Android device. This is not made clear on Spyzie's website. Do not buy for Android unless you are able to root your target phone.
Emailed within the 7 day refund window to request a refund as I'm not able to root the target phone and was told their workaround is for me to take screenshots of the notification bar whenever they received a WhatsApp message. Pathetic. From the short and rude responses I get the impression this is a one man band operation.

Paid $50 only to find it doesnt work if you cant switch off two factor authentication. Emailed every day for a refund or a confirmation that they wont continue to take money. Only automated responses. Beware any company that doesnt have a phone number. Now I have to cancel my credit card.

Do not buy this spy app. They steal your money after a month or two and call it illegal usage.
While monitoring my 15 year old daughter phone they shut my account down without notice, call or text. No one would contact me for clarification and my request for refund was never answered.
$99 wasted. Had to purchase another app a month later. Found out my daughter had a grown man trying to meet with her. He is 23 years old.

Connected my daughters iphone. The only thing I can see are the photos in her gallery. No messages, No keylogger, No snapchat, No emails, No phone call history, NOTHING. I emailed Spyzie THREE TIMES with no response for help, or refund. Horrible customer service. Horrible product.

It claims to monitor Snapchat. I got one message, then nothing. Our son uses SC 20* day. They have no way to reach them. I keep getting automated replies, no solutions. It won't let me set time restrictions. It gives me about half of the messages in regular text. I've asked for a refund. I'm certain I won't get it. Reading other's reviews, somehow it not working will be my fault. Google play has apps that actually work. Avoid this one.

I`m really sad to write this opinion about spyzie, but I recently had a really bad experience with them. In fact it is a disaster.
I bought their program on 19 December and I have tried to install it on Xiaomi phone on 20 - without success. At the end of installation process "start now" button isn`t active - it stays gray - not workable. I have tried 3 times - with the same results.
I have written to "suport team" od Spyzie describing my problem and I have receive an answer "Sorry this is because Xiaomi phone uses a customized Android system, which makes Spyzie not compatible on it." (quote). On their web site there is NO INFORMATION that their software isn`t support this phones.
Ok - i thought, that they are honest and I have written an request to have my money back- of course without any answer. I have repeated this request 3 times, but with the same result.
My advice to anybody who want to ust their software - PLEASE DON`T. In case of any problem they will write to you, that your phone isn`t compatible and you can forget about your money.
As you have seen an answer from SPYZIE - you can think - "good guys" want to solve the problem. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. I have written to them again 2 times giving all necessary data. And the results - NOTHING - NO REACTION from their side. For me they just want to muddy the waters:-)

Its getting up my nerves now. Every time I try to connect with the app, it stucks and I have to restart my cell phone. Not Recomended!. Reverting back to my old spying app, XNSPY.
I had used this app since the beginning of 2018 and it worked good. Then I had bought a 3 month plan and 2 weeks later my son got a new phone and I had to buy a new plan and then couldn't even get it to work on his new phone and they wouldn't give me any return at all. So they basically STOLE $100 from me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Scam do not buy! They take your money regardless of if it works or not. Refund policy is a lie! I asked for a refund on Day 1 and Day 6 they said No, even thiough their product would not work!
Your phone has to be rooted for anything to work other than a call log and some of the messages you make it it is a waste of money completely especially $40. And they will not give you a refund I have like never had any kind of software company that I've had issues with especially if it didn't work how it said and their advertisement not refund you it's complete misled and won't refund you they ignore every support ticket
I will gladly recommend "*******@GMAIL(dot)COM" to anyone who reading this review because I'm sure your reason for being on this page right now is because you are a need of a mobile phone spy solution that works very well. I have tried all these apps &they all failed, Spyzie seemed to work initially but stopped after a few hours.
