I was skeptical at first and so talked to customer service and was assured iif it didnt work I could get a refund. I spent the 300, they said it wouldnt work because of some blocker on the phone... which was bs... I asked for a refund but of course never got anything. I kept trying to reach out and they ignored me and then eventually blocked me.
Been using it for two weeks and no complaints. The design is clean and everything is working like expected Definitely of the better app out there.
Monitoring work fine. Just wish there was an option to get alerts for specific words or contacts. That would take it to the next level.
Didn't expect it to be this easy to use. Everything's laid out clearly. I check the dashboard a few times a day and it gives me what I need without confusion.

The primary functions I required were call and message monitoring, and they function well. Although it was a little complex to install, it operates silently in the background once configured.
Everything updates on time, the dashboard is clean and the setup is easy. The accuracy of the GPS monitoring caught me off guard. I highly suggest it.
It gives me access to call logs and messages just like I needed. I wish the social media tracking was a bit more detailed, but overall it does what it says.
This app does what it promises. It tracks messages calls and browsing. Just wish the battery usage was a little lower. Still worth it for the features.
I tested it on a spare phone first. It's invisible and doesn't cause lag. Been using it for 3 weeks now without issues. Updates are consistent and accurate.

You are lucky if you find this review before you waste your money and expose your privacy to these scammers.
My advice: Do not try these scammers if you do not want to compromise your devices, and expose your privacy to dark web hackers.
Plus you will waste your money and your time dealing with these scammers.
366 spy pro & The tik Tracer are two traps from same scammers( you may even find more traps from the same smammers)
They claim to help you spy on anybody's phone with just a phone #( a lie)
According to my experience with them, I am going to explain what is waiting for you when you decide to throw away your money to these scammers and expose your devices to dark web hackers.
Pre-sale customer service is excellent just to persuade customers.
When you place your order, everything becomes totally different, you get a horrible experience until you get to know that you have been scammed.
Note: proof that these are scammers: they do not accept PayPal, and no credit card can work with them. They just accept crypto, which means that once you hit "complete order", your money is gone, and no way you will be able to claim it back once you start to realize that you have been scammed. ( so be careful) the money you spend with these scammers is lost forever.
They will tell you that an application is preventing them from accessing the device you need to monitor (total scam)( I purchased a new device and before I install any application, I asked them to configure the device ( after many attempts contacting them, they responded after 3 weeks saying that, the same issue persisted. ( on a brand new device can you imagine)
I asked them many times to refund and nobody responded since then. ( no way to rise my case, and no chargeback is possible, I lost my 300 + $ like that.
That was fine for me( it was just a life experience like many others) but the worse is that since then I started receiving notifications on my devices saying that spyware is trying to access my devices. And later on, my bank suspended my accounts due to suspicious activities of hackers trying to access my bank accounts.
To make sure It is not a mistake reviewing them, this review was submitted to them first for them to prove me wrong and do something for me if they can. No response
