This is a total scam. How would you just stay and wait for higher hard earned money by a worker and suspend their account to retain the money? There was no need by you to set the T&cs if you cannot adhere to them yourself. UN PROFESSIONALISM OF HIGH LEVEL, FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND WASTE OF TIME.

The first thing I noticed is that they don't do any verifications as regards what task people post on their site.
You will be asked to perform some tasks for Human verifications yet they actually promote other sites or apps by doing that and less than 10 % get through this phase.
They don't have any customer support you can report issues to once your account is suspended or thereabout.

Tried using these guys as an alternative to other popular freelance sites, let me tell you why that was the biggest mistake in the last year. Buckle up because just when you think "it can't get worse"—it does. I'm a buyer on SproutGigs and have been for over 9 months, but at least once a month I find myself in a standoff with their support team. The support team is always there to overreact for EVERYTHING. Recently I had my deposit abilities restricted for "use of a VPN" without proof mind you. Unfortunately that's not the first time this has happened—but this is the first time they've refused to acknowledge that they are in the wrong and backtrack.

But support isn't the only issue! They're also technically inept. Our team projects have been delayed (twice by a week or more) because my login information got compromised and technical support insisted I was the problem (ended up being their token system gagging). No apology, again.

Oh by the way did I mention the problems don't stop there? Multiple times I've had sellers pull out of work after being hired. Reasons varied from perfectly reasonable (I don't know how to do what you're asking) to absolute, utter nonsense. In the instance I'm talking about the seller completed the work of keyword research, and I was about to check their work. Unfortunately, as it happens, the file wasn't in the proper format for it to be useful (CSV) so I asked for the change, and the seller determined that was too much and cancelled the order.

Now as a whole the platform seems good from the outside but spending even a minute in the process of trying to prove your account doesn't deserve to be shut down, without proof, will make you feel otherwise.

Go back to Fiverr or Upwork or something. Save your sanity.

So I'm about to cash out 31 dollars that I earned for a year. Can you imagine? Crazy right? Now here's the fun part, I logged in to my account today to withdraw my hard-earned cash! But I got suspended. I emailed the support and they said that I was spamming where in fact I got paid for the tasks I submitted. I'm just saying that don't waste your time on this hideous website. The support team are heartless and lack empathy, they will steal your money when you reach the 0 interval. Just don't... lucky them they are breathing fresh air from other people's hard work. May the karma follows them for eternity.

I was working since 2 years. I was on the 18th rank of nepal (best worker). But they suspended my account saying that i was using the vpn while i was not using any vpn.
They become scammer.everyone should report this site and removed from search engine.

As a worker, you will struggle to make money as the rates are too low, when you reach withdraw threshold they will ban your account citing multiple accounts which is not true, they will take you in circles and eventually suspend your account and take your money.I had $19 dollar that's I can't withdraw.

You're on good terms with Sproutgigs until you make a WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. When you do, you all of a sudden become a violator of one of their guidelines (using VPN/proxy, operating multiple accounts) and they suspend your account.
I think I speak for many(hundreds if not thousands) who have fallen victim of their malicious devices, that this is a deliberate ploy to steal/rob their workers' hard-earned earnings in broad daylight.
QUESTIONS:
If indeed I as a worker have been using a vpn/proxy or detect I am operating multiple accounts, why then don't you suspend the account immediately?
Why does Sproutgisg wait for you to accumulate the cents for weeks to make 5 dollars and above and when you make a withdrawal request, get suspended at that point? WHY! WHY!

I lost 20usd in this scam, painfully so. On contacting support, they wanted me to confess I had operated multiple accounts. I refused because it wasn't true. They then proceeded to ban my account.
THEY ARE THIEVES.

They are big scammers they block your account without any rigid reason and there's no way to withdraw your earing. Its so f**** up site dont waste your time and energy to work on it

They do these to people who had already put All their time and effort to accumulate earnings most especially. You will just see that they have blocked you.

I just sign up and started earning with broken heart as this website will also do like others to take more and give less. But just after some days I started earning very well. I do recieve after debate (@my first cashout because they said i was cheating lol silly)
They are legit but lil bit cheating all worker, after 1 mouth do lil task here and there. Finally i request 15$ withdrawal. And there is notif on my payoneer, guess what?
ONLY 9$. After they said FEE and FEE and FEE and tooo many FEE they ask for my lil money.
I think there is a better website out there, because SPROUTGIGS! Not worth it at all. Low rate payment, they wont pay ur survey (only pending payment and it take forever)

**SproutGigs is a fraud. They are cheating everyone. They are stealing everyone's money through various scams. Everyone should take legal action against them.

When your account has money, they will close your account through various scams. And they will take all the money in your account. They are very greedy because microworkers never take workers' money. And when there is less work on this site, they steal workers' money through fraud.

So we should take legal action. If you keep quiet, they will get more opportunities.**

This site is awesome because customer support is always available. It never lacks jobs and it is user friendly.

Sprout gigs are scummers...after I was about to withdraw my first withdrawals they baned my account.this guys are thieves
