On December 2 I purchased 2 items from a content providers website through spring,com as the distributor. The content website stated orders purchased prior to 12/15/24 would be recieved before Christmas. The email confirmation received from spring.com gave an estimated delivery date between 12-7 and 12-10. On 12-11 the useless email tracker still says they are in production. They have been printing 2 t-shirts for 2 weeks. When you attempt to track the order it will not give you all the details you have to log into their website and create an account, which the account you create is not a buyer account it's a how to sell through spring.com. There was no way to cancel the orders online you have to send a flurry of emails and create at least a dozen live chats to finally get a person. Who can only send a request to production to try and cancel the orders. I have had to put a dispute on my credit card to get a refund for my 2 orders.
DO NOT DO SELL OR BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM OR JOKE!

Feb. 2023 I ordered a t-shirt. Many inquiries and weeks pass I finally received a shirt. Wrong color, printing was terrible, shirt quality was bad. Complaints get ignored. 5 months later no resolution, no return instructions and of course no refund. This company is the worst! Inquiries when acknowledged were answered by Michelle from Spring fans? I'm thinking there's a sweatshop in China with lots of American money. No address or phone number to be found. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I think that these guys are pulling cons. No reason a sticker should take 3 weeks to make. My bumper sticker is "still being made" due to production difficulties. Really?! In 2023?

I ordered a t-shirt and I received it in a timely manner. However, it was a totally different color than what I actually ordered! I contacted them and they told me to send photos of the shirt. I sent photos of the shirt and copies of my original order form which showed the correct color that I ordered and the receipt that I got with the shirt that had the incorrect color on it. They said that they received everything and were going to have their production team look it over. After 2 weeks I sent a follow up email and all I got back from them was a form letter saying that they received my request and they'll get back to me. Never happened! I've tried to contact them several times and the only thing I get is that same useless response. This has been going on for over a month now. All I want is to return the incorrect shirt that they sent me for the item that I ordered. Plain and simple! They claim to have a 30 day make it right policy. This is total BS.! Judging from all of the negative reviews about this business, I really think that this is a scam outfit. STAY CLEAR!

If I could give Spring a 0 I would. The most unprofessional group I have ever had to deal with as a small business owner using a POD site for certain products. Any time there was an issue involving customer service they would promise a timeline and then not only not meet it, but go beyond the estimate by weeks. I requested prices to be updated, they said 24-48 hours and it would be done. Six weeks later and it still wasn't done. I purchased a domain name through them for my shop and had it set on auto renew. Well the auto renew date came and went and it didn't work. I contacted support and they told me that feature doesn't work and it would take 5 weeks to get my domain back. Two weeks into the process I changed my mind and told them to release my domain to me because I had too many terrible experiences with them and wanted to cut ties. They said another five weeks and I would have the code. Six weeks later and they tell me oh we actually can't release a code on an expired domain (even though it was their fault) and they didn't provide any other way for me to get my domain and they didn't take any responsibility for the issue. Spring is full of liars and has THE WORST customer service. If you request to speak to a supervisor they tell you that "they monitor closely" but they will never reach out to you. They are a terrible company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Half of the shirts I got printed were ruined after one wash cycle also. Terrible quality and the absolute worst people you ever have to deal with. Stay away - they rebranded as Spring they used to be Teespring

I ordered a hoodie for my brother for Christmas December 19,2022. Got a confirmation email the same day saying it was in production and being printed. A month 1/2 later IT STILL SAYS THE SAME THING! The email said I'd receive my order between January 3rd-5th it has yet to arrive. I've tried emailing this place many of times and have yet to get anything in return! So yeah they took my money and ran.

These MF have the worst interface EVER. If you wanna be confused as $#*! and not see any of the stuff you create, this site is for you. I created about two stores worth of products and can't see ANY OF THEM AFTER LISTING THEM AS PUBLIC WTF. I create a product and they tell me the listing has ended before it even starts. This $#*! could be a lot simpler but these $#*!s won't make it that way. Can't delete anything so now I gotta get customer service to wipe my account. The one thing online I think I can get into and these $#*!ing clowns wanna confuse the $#*! out of me, $#*!ing cocksuckers

I ordered two t-shirts mid November, one turned up when expected, the other one did not turn up - tracking said still being printed - and when I started chasing, no reply. Chased again - no reply. It keeps trying to get me to 'start creating' but no interest at all in helping customers who might have bought something but not received it.
