I put the wrong email on my order and in trying to check tracking I needed my order number which was sent to another email address. I called and spoke with Shelby she was awesome she got me all fixed up. Then Shelby made me aware that part of my shipment would ship at a later date. Shelby then followed up with me after I received the second part of my order. That type of treatment is very rare these days and was definitely appreciated. I look forward to future purchases and you can definitely account Shelby's customer service for that. Wonderful products and Wonderful customer service what more could you ask for.

My paypal account automatically inserted my old address at check out (my fault, I know). After clicking submit I reviewed my order and realized my item was to be shipped to the wrong house. I emailed customer service and Marcos reached out to me at 7:00 AM the next morning to let me know my address had already been changed. After delivery, I received a follow-up email from Marcos making sure the item had arrived to the right address and safely. Really exceptional follow-up all around. I will definitely be doing more business with SportsMemorabilia.com in the future. Thanks for all the help, Marcos!

I want to thank Cristin for her excellent customer service support. Although the item that I had ordered did get shipped to one of their warehouses instead of directly to me, Cristin replied promptly to my emails and through personal contact and emails, the issue was resolved quickly. She went out of her way to find answers and solutions that assured me that all was taken care of and, for that, I am grateful.

Shelby's customer service was absolutely exemplary! She answered all of my questions, and there were a lot since this was the first time I have ever ordered memorabilia. No question was too silly. She even went so far as to help make sure that the gift was on a preferred carrier list, making numerous calls to ensure it would work. No request was too small. Fantastic help

About 5 months or so I had a little issue with a order... I got Shelby as my helper angle and she took care of it in a matter of seconds lol ok a day. But she was kind kept in touch with me to make sure the cards were sent and if i received them. If you ever have a issue with this place... tell you the truth i seriously think you wont but if you do... ask for Shelby... you cant go wrong

My original order contained the wrong item. I called Customer Service and was connected with Shelby. From our first conversation, Shelby was all over the issue. She contacted the warehouse, confirmed they had the item I wanted, provided me easy steps to return the wrong item, and had my correct order shipped quickly. Nick is the BEST!

Nick is the guy you want to talk to at customers services!
I was concerned about the shipping time regarding my purchase so I wrote customers services about it. Nick responded within just a few hours with a full detailed email addressing absolutely ALL of my concerns! Not only did he do that but also assured me I was going to receive my item in time and guess what? We got it earlier!
AND during the entire process we exchanged follow up emails until everything was delivered.
