Service is the worst!

Unbelievable local stores aren't taking calls (I wanted to know if they had an item). Only number was corporate, phone menu selection indicated they could assist. After anl extensive hold they referred me to instacart and refused to assist me saying they have NO AVAILABLE INFO. Instacart requires an account to use their services. Spirit Halloween will never get any business from me!
