Beautiful!

The ease of re-ordering is such a beautiful thing, to click on items you like and your pre selected size already is set means alot, I just ordered 27 items and I can't wait to try them on! Not my first order definitely won't be my last!

Where to start? They avoid mentioning where the "clothes" come from, but they're all made and shipped from China. So be prepared to wait weeks for some of the worst quality items you've ever seen.

Everything was single layer of the most basic fabric and construction, really looks like they ordered "the cheapest crap you got" from whatever sweatshop they contracted. Pricing doesn't come close to the bare minimum quality either, $50 for a chemise I probably could've made myself for $7, they were so cheaply made they barely used enough thread to put tags on.

Their checkout plays games and you have to struggle to keep the free gifts. Based on how much money you waste they'll send you: Gift, then Panty, finally Lingerie. My gift was a cheap bracelet (maybe choker who knows), super skimpy cheap lace thong (of course thong because less fabric) panties, and photo'd in this review what I can only describe as the skimpiest "lingerie" seemingly for a 6 year old. Don't fall for these gift enticements. This company is utter garbage, oh and for US customers; they use UPS Mail Innovations which means your package gets handed off to USPS meaning more shipping delays and nonsense.

Horrible order

If I could rate less than 1 I would! I placed this order on a Thurs. For 2-3 day shipping. I heard nothing by Tues! Absolutely absurd that they say it takes 2-4 days to process for them to process an online order, but in fact it does! Then they ship via FedEx who did not deliver on time. Spicy Lingerie washed their hands of the issue & told me to contact FedEx which is a maddening loop of automation & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely no recourse for not receiving my item in a week! DO NOT ORDER FROM SPICY LINGERIE IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS IN AN ACCEPTABLE TIME FRAME! Never have I ever dealt with such incompetence! And I would certainly add photos or videos but I do not have my package…

I ordered two items, received one. I saw my item would be arriving 5 days after the first so I waited to open the package. Today I called to inquire about where my second item is, and to report my first item had damage.

The second item was discontinued so they won't be shipping it at all. I wasn't notified and this was the item I really wanted.

My first item was defective. I opened it and noticed a large hole immediately. The hem was disconnected from the fabric leaving a large hole that needs to be sewn.

The representative stated I needed to open and report the item within 7 days of its arrival. Today is day 12, so there's nothing she can do.

So now I've waited weeks to end up with one damaged item and no refund or replacement.

I thought I was being proactive by purchasing a gift for Valentines Day 2 weeks ahead. I was wrong! I tried tracking my order and everything was definitely taking the maximum amount of time. When I asked a customer service representative about my order, there was zero pleasantries. They only stated a shipping timing that was completely different than what is printed on their website. I was very disappointed that they weren't more helpful or friendly in assisting me. I will never shop at a place that puts such a low value on customer satisfaction. I would discourage anyone from buying from this place. It was a huge disappointment.

Only two stars so some people will read and not think it is a slam. Order for Christmas on Dec 10 for Christmas as they said they could make it. It did not. It never made it. No order number provided or tracking fee. Called customer service. They states that the back was returned to sender, since they say on their website that it would be sent UPS, but agent said it went UPS. Order was not received back by them, it has been 8 weeks. They will not forward new product, they will not credit it back until they receive it NO MATTER WHAT. They were proud to say they will charge return shipping fee. They were argumentative and I was just surprised to get an agent. This is a Chinese SCAM company. DO not order. I lost $119.00

First off, thank God I didn't see these reviews before I placed my order, holy cr@p!

But I didn't and I ordered from them and I'm glad that I did, and I'd even order from them again

I had been looking for a specific item for my wife for Valentines Day and found it at a few different sites for around $125 but then stumbled across it on the Spicy Lingerie site for $99 with a free gift and free shipping and decided to place the order. I received an order confirmation stating that my items would be shipping shortly and that I'd receive a tracking email when it did. The tracking email came a few days later and when I tracked the package it was logged in to USPS, picked up and then checked in to their local facility. There it sat for 4 days, from 2/7 through 2/10, in the Post Office there, without moving. I got worried and emailed Spicy. The next day my package was on the move and ultimately delivered on 2/13

I opened it up to check the items and while the outer bag stated the proper size (M), the actual item was a size XXL. Obviously, that wouldn't have fit my wife so I started freaking, it's the day before Valentine's Day and I have an item that would fit the both of us together. I called the company and after being on hold for 20 minutes even though the automated system kept saying I was the first caller in the queue some one finally answered. I calmly explained the situation and that my wife an I are going away this weekend (tonight) and could they replace with the proper item by the end of this week. They asked me to take a pic of the tags and send them via email. Before I even hung up I had an email from them recapping the call along with the pic request. I took and sent them the info and 10 minutes later another email arrived stating they were escalating and would get back to me asap

The next morning I had an email from them stating that in the interest of time (my trip this weekend) they were going to have the properly sized replacement sent directly from the manufacturer rather than from their warehouse and included a tracking number that showed the item already in route and halfway across the country already. At that point I asked what they wanted me to do with the incorrect sized item I was originally sent, they didn't even ask, I did, they were more concerned with getting me the right item than getting their own back. They finally sent me a free shipping label and I got it right to the Post Office for shipment

My replacement sized item arrived yesterday and it is hot as hell, I can't wait for my wife to wear it this weekend, gonna be one helluva trip!

Thank you Spicy Lingerie, even though it was a manufacturer error that the packaging and sizing didn't match you guys fixed the error in no time flat, were very communicative and worried more about me getting my item than asking for your own back. I thank you and will definitely shop from you again

SERIOUSLY DISTURBED!

I had ordered three items from the website before a trip I was taking. When the package arrived one of the three items was on back order. I was three days before leaving for my trip and the item was a necessary piece (Thank god Amazon prime was able to remedy that problem). The other two pieces were of horrible quality, I didn't even want to try them on in fear they would just fall apart. When I went to return the products I was told only one was accepted, the other had a stain in the crotch? I messaged the company and I was confused since I had never put it on and the fact that they claim there was a stain honestly freaks me out. What kind of products are they selling? I would recommend using ANY other site besides Sexy Lingerie. TOTAL RIP OFF! They had the audacity to send me an e-mail saying thank you for the feedback... Clearly looking for any reason NOT to refund my money.

Horrible go yandy

They had a good online selection of lingerie. So i decided to buy. 148 dollars worth. Up to 5 days I got no response from them. I had to call and email them. The lady told me they will ship tomorrow two days in a row. They finally shipped it because I kept on inquiring almost everyday. I got my shipment pretty late. On top of that they sent me two more items which I did not buy. They shipped it to me and charged me. I told them I didn't buy this and sent them my cart. Clearly it wasn't in the cart yet they kept on telling me I did. I was like... they forced to me get things I don't want, ship it over on thier own. And now they are not even providing for the shipment charges for what they themselves sent. Really really horrible.

This company is horrible they overcharged me for shipping and refused to refund me. It took them 10 days to even process my order and another 6 to have it delivered to my house. I called their customer service line and left a message twice and they never returned my calls. They said that all customer service emails would be answered within 48 hrs and the fastest response I recieved was 3 days later. They woman writing back emails was rude. This was a time sensetive order and because I didnt recieve it in time I had to go out and buy something similar somewhere else so I ended up paying twice for one item and $40 dollars for shipping I didnt recieve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
