If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter four days before Halloween and paid extra for overnight shipping. Not only did it not arrive on time, it never shipped at all.

When I called the day after placing the order, they told me "Don't worry, it's going to ship soon." It never did. When I called the day before Halloween to cancel, the representative told me "too bad" and refused to refund me, even though the order hadn't even left their warehouse. She claimed it was a "specialty item" from a "third-party vendor" and said there were no returns, despite the fact that they hadn't shipped anything and they still had the item.

She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back, because Spicy Lingerie wouldn't do the right thing. It's now November and the item still hasn't shipped. What a joke. Glad I at least got my money back through my CC company but they had absolutely no intention of helping me at all and didnt care even one bit or keep me informed on anything. The absolute worst!

This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should be avoided at all costs. Do yourself a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

I purchased two costumes from this store, and the quality was absolutely terrible. One of the costumes even arrived with the underwear unstitched on the side. I returned all the items, including the accessories, without even opening their packaging. I followed all the deadlines and returned everything in its original packaging.

However, the store claimed the item was used and refused to refund my money. I would never wear something of such poor quality. This company acts in bad faith to avoid processing refunds.

Do not buy from this store.

I've completely switched over all lingerie shopping to spicy and I'd say it was the best decision I've ever made

It was so easy to placed my order. I have not felt this safe shopping online in a while. The fact that I received a confirmation of my purchase in my email that fast was surprising.

Shopping on Spicy is amazing. Easy to navigate through the site and there's always a great sale. My items ships out the same day, so you can order an outfit for the weekend on Tuesday and have it to wear Saturday.

Ok I'm a total vs girl always have been but they have met their match. Spicy are so much more powerful! They are beautifully made with reinforced stitching in all the right places to give the strength for fabulous support. Bye-bye vs- I don't think I'll be back.
