Quick and easy to order, speedy delivery! I used the Ancho chili powder on my garlic, chili roasted potatoes tonight. These are always a family hit.
Quartered potatoes in a casserole dish, sprinkle liberally with garlic powder, ancho chili powder, a bit of dried parsley, salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with grape seed or olive oil and a couple pats of butter. I had a hard time finding ancho chili powder in the 1 lb. size. I use a lot in my chili con carne recipe too. So, thank you Spiceology you solved my dilemma!
