Ordering was easy. Everything came nicely packaged. The installation was literally a snap. The brightness is adjustable and it can get very bright. I'm extremely satisfied with the initial experience with the product. Hopefully it will last for years to come.
Product is really awesome. Directions are very accurate and assembly is easy. Product brightness is great as well.
The only thing I would say besides your ordering process is fast and easy which is very nice. I did have a question where I called the phone number provided. It would be very helpful if your customer service would answer with your company name instead of just, "hello" so that one calling knows they reached the right party.

Is there a way to get them to turn on without having to turn each light on individually? Probably, but I still can't figure it out and being a busy business owner I don't have time to figure it out. The cost of the sign seems inflated for the way it's made. I guess I kind of felt ripped off.
Great idea. Better instructions would have made the experience better. For the price I expected more. Instead it was a lot of little boxes where I had to figure it out.
Anne, thanks for the feedback. As to price, we have done a lot of research and believe our pricing is very fair. Each row is independent with its own on/off switch. As to assemble instructions, we will take this to heart and see what we can improve or make the assembly clearer. Mark

I'm a little disappointed the first one was fine the second one had missing screws and part of the sun does not light
