DIABOLICAL

0 out of 5 – SpeedX is the Definition of Useless SpeedX is not a courier service. It is a social experiment in how far a company can push incompetence before customers lose their minds. I ordered two simple packages from Shein. Both "out for delivery" on August 24th. One arrived. The other? Vanished into the black hole that SpeedX calls a logistics system. On the 26th, they slapped me with a fake status: "Attempted Delivery: Building Closed/Weekend/Holiday." Really? My house—where I was literally sitting on the porch—was suddenly a locked office building? Did the driver get lost in his own imagination? Or was he too busy taking a nap to bother doing his job? And let's talk about their "customer service." Imagine you're drowning, and instead of a lifeguard, they throw you a brick. That's SpeedX's support. Their "live chat" is a robot that cycles through the same copy-paste garbage until you want to throw your phone in traffic. When it promises to "escalate" the issue, what that really means is "we're going to ignore you harder." Emails bounce back, phone numbers don't work, and if by some miracle you get a real line, it just hangs up on you and tells you to… yep… talk to the useless bot again. This isn't a delivery company. It's a scam wearing a delivery uniform. A bad joke. A dumpster fire run by people who clearly hate their jobs as much as customers hate their service. If anyone at SpeedX has the faintest shred of dignity left, they should be ashamed to collect a paycheck from this circus. My package? Still missing. My patience? Dead. My advice? If you see a retailer shipping with SpeedX, RUN. Unless you like watching fake delivery updates while screaming into the void, shop elsewhere. To the owner of SpeedX: the only way you'll salvage even a molecule of credibility is to personally get in your car, drive my package to my door, and apologize for building the worst excuse for a logistics company I've ever encountered. Until then, SpeedX employees should look in the mirror and ask themselves: "Am I proud to work for a company that makes Amazon look like NASA?"
