Their complaint staff are not professional. They are disrespectful because they do not know how to calculate U.S. time difference to email you during business hours. They wake you up at 2am with an email to disturb you. They start acting like the advertisers instead of being impartial because the other parties pay to advertise. They don't make sure the complaints are rectified before the advertisers can post another ad. They really don't care about you needs or boundaries.
