Takes weeks even months before you can get a booking and forget about contacting them. You always get a voice mail saying that they will get back to you. I called them every day for over a week just to get the details for an MRI to see a new doctor...never called back. I went to my family physician and got the request from him and then found a facility in Markham with an opening within 10 days and then I switched from the doctor at Southlake that I was suppose to see.to one at Markham

Went to emerg,16 hours later they figure the cause to my pain is my gall bladder needs to be removed asap!2hours later have emerg surgery to remove it!18hours for a gall bladder,really!

I had the worst criminal experience with a psychiatrist from South Lake Hospital (Dr Felchenbach) in Newmarket; this man should be in jail. And it makes me wonder why the hospital is keeping him on. There have been numerous complaints about his doctor, who treated a family member with medication that put them nearly in a coma. He needs to go, and South lake needs to be more careful about who they allow to work or practice medicine in that hospital.
