My never ending quest to get a replacement for the tablet that I purchased in Feb. 2018!

I reviewed Southern Telecom once before earlier this year because of issues with a tablet that I purchased on HSN.
It is so obvious that Southern Telecom doesn't care about their responsibilities regarding dissatisfied consumers.
I cannot believe they get away with this treating customers the way I have been treated.
No response at all AGAIN!
