Great first two items I ordered. Third item was a pair of boots which I acknowledged that it would take 30-90 days fast forward 6 months later still no boots and now that I ask for a refund I get no response back.
I ordered custom boots back in July almost $300 for the purchase. It stated it could it could take up to 90 days on the order, which I had no problem with. I started emailing for status shortly before because I was so excited to get them. Cherry stated because of Covid it will possibly take a little longer. Reached out monthly and found out that they my boots had never been ordered and I would have to cancel my order then reorder them. Because I didn't want to have to wait another 90+ days because they refused to expedite my order with it being their fault they offered my money back. I can't even get them to answer me regarding my refund. I will be seeking all matters legally, social media, BBB etc. I've bought several items from Southern Fried Chics and referred a lot of people to them. NEVER AGAIN!

They take forever and they also do not respond at all when you try to email them or call them or message them on social media. The only time they respond is if you threaten to get them in trouble
Ordered hundreds of dollars of not preorder items back in October and still have yet to receive them! I reached out and they were incredibly rude, condescending and horrible! They don't allow refunds which is insane! They need to be closed and sued.
I preordered 2 Sherpas separately for early December shipment. However, we are mid-January and I still have not received my items nor can I get an ETA on when the products will be here. I understand it was a "preorder". BUT when you have other customers who pleaded orders AFTER me and receiving product before me I don't believe the excuse "covid has slowed everything down". I have received ALL my orders from other boutiques with no issues. If you try to reach to the boutique you'll get an automatic message and/or get told "it will be priority shipment". How can it be priority shipment when you can't even give me an ETA? Be sure to join their VIP page so you can see how many people are having this issue. Be aware of the dye hard fans who will defend them to no end but all the complaints you'll find are 100% factual. Charging people for product knowing you have no idea when it will be in or when it can be shipped is FRUAD.
I purchased in November never received anything my total was 168$ i emailed them the said id recive it in December never did, email again they put me on auto reply, i want a refund at this point there now ignoring my emails there the worst company Ive ever purchased from do not buy from them!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a pair of zippered boots. Largest size they offer 11s. Super cute. Didn't fit. They don't offer returns on items over 20-25% off. Wasted 60.00 on nothing! Wasn't made aware of that beforehand. I commented all over Facebook to warn other consumers. They deleted all my posts AND other consumers. One in particular who placed a $400 order and has yet to receive her order with no answers from them given to her. They also blocked me from commenting. I've reported them to the BBB.
I received a sherpa as a gift from my co-workers. Obviously, they were guessing about the size and ordered one that was too large. I contacted the company and they told me because the purchaser got a discount, I could not exchange it. That is a PITIFUL way to do business! Don't run the risk and buy from this company?!
Poor quality of clothing. Clothes run 3 sizes smaller than what you would wear. They wouldn't give me a refund, exchange, or credit! I still haven't received one of the dresses and it's been a couple weeks!

Shipping takes forever. I've ordered a couple times from southern fried chics and each time it's taken a few weeks to get to me. Okay, not a huge issue for me. However, they're way overpriced for what you're getting. Items are cheaply made, often not as described, and cost a pretty penny in my opinion. They basically make it impossible to return anything, even though they offer in store credit instead of your money back. Customer service is also a joke. I've given this boutique all the chances I could, don't shop here
I ordered from this site off of an ad on Facebook. I ordered the sparkly purple tennis shoes. AFTER I placed my order on 1/27/20, I read some reviews, and kinda got worried. I received my shoes today! 2/3/2020! Less than a week These shoes are extremely sparkly, and no glittery mess! Would definitely purchase more from this site!
I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered them on 12/15. The money was taken out of my account on 12/17. (Yes, i know that was pushing it.) I also agreed to the 7-10 business day processing prior to ordering. I understood that the items would not arrive in time for Christmas. I also understood that they would ship out in that 7-10 day time frame. With that being said, I have sent 2 emails inquiring about the order status. I'm just curious as to when to expect the boots. I have not received anything aside from a generic automated email. I proceed to get on FB to see if anybody else is having these issues & lo and behold... I also noticed that EVERY. SINGLE. COMPLAINT was in regards to 2 things. #1 being that they had placed their orders months ago & haven't received it & #2 being that the company will not respond to them. I also noticed that once a complaint was filed with the BBB, then THAT is when they receive a response. I've also noticed how many ppl have asked for a refund & have not gotten this. I will give them another week to respond to me before taking further action. They are quick to take your money but not so quick to answer questions. Sometimes just responding to your customer is all it takes to appease them for the moment. It will also ensure that you have return customers. And one more thing i noticed on FB was that they were often times quick to respond to the customers that were leaving comments praising them, but completely ignored the comments with complaints. I will not be ordering from this company again. And from the looks of it, they will be losing quite a few more customers.
Still waiting on an order from august. They do not follow up on emails. I was told I would get a shipping notice yesterday and didn't. No one answers the phone.
I wanted to purchase a pair of glitter shoes because they were on sale and I wanted them bad. I noticed that it was free shipping with a certain amount, so I shopped around and found some cute athletic shoes to buy as well. The athletic shoes were a pre sale item, which was fine, so I bought both pairs. I assumed since the pre order shoes were to be shipped in 3 weeks, they would ship out the on sale pair in the mean time. Wrong. Long story short, the back ordered shoes were shipped 3 weeks AFTER their promised date, and they didn't hold my glitter pair, they gave them to another customer. THE GLITTER SHOES WERE THE REASON FOR MY PURCHASE, I JUST ADDED THE OTHER PAIR TO GET FREE SHIPPING AND THEY WERE CUTE. I contacted the company and they didn't care at all that they lied about the shipment date of the pre sale, and didn't feel the need to contact customers who had to wait 3 additional weeks with no update. They didn't care that I was upset that they gave my shoes to another customer. Very rude customer service. After all that, the pre sale shoes gave me blisters and cut the back of my heels. Very regrettable order. I will not be buying from this company again.
I ordered boots on cyber Monday. It said I could take up to a month to receive them. However I got them within a week. They ran true to size and were perfect! I will definitely be ordering from this boutique again!
