They're operating under a new brand name (as opposed to Economical Insurance), Sonnet Insurance, and the customer service isn't any better. Their customer service nearly rivals ICBC, and that's saying something.
They use a lot of different brand names (Economical Insurance, Family Auto, Sonnet Insurance) to avoid the consequences of their extremely poor customer service.
