We ordered a dress for home delivery. Tried contacting the store a few days before delivery but go no response. On the day of delivery dress did not arrive. Rang the ship multiple times, emailed them, left voice messages, left messages on Facebook and instagram and heard nothing. As a result we did not have time to get another dress and my daughter was heartbroken. She refused to go to this once in a lifetime event. I'm left £300 out of pocket and still have heard nothing. Only wish I'd read the reviews on trust pilot before I went to the store. Please avoid and get your dress elsewhere.
My daughter wouldn't let me shop anywhere else and when I got there I realised why, they really have made a dress heaven and the staff are so nice. Thanks for all your help xxx
