Leaders like to lie and deceive employees

The leaders of Solv are fond of lying and deceiving employees. They like to overpromise good things, but they never push through with their promises. Senior employees no longer trust the awful leadership. Our leaders are lazy, and they never do anything to improve the horrible work environment and below-average compensation.
