The biggest issue with Solsten was their ridiculous attitude toward customer support as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money. It felt like they were exploiting every opportunity to squeeze out more cash while delivering subpar results. Instead of addressing concerns, they gave dismissive responses that showed zero accountability. It was an infuriating experience dealing with a company that valued profits over people.
