Do not believe all the good reviews on this website they are all done by people hired by solidswiss. Cd, First thing is try and call there phone number and you will see no none ever answers and you never get a call back. Also try the messenger, there is only one email for this huge website that the scammer uses and he will only reply with short three word answers. I ordered a watch from these people 80 days ago and have received nothing. I can't even get them to reply now. If you do not believe me message me and i will be glad to show you all the emails i have with them and all I've sent with no reply from them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS

Now I am pretty sure solidswiss. Cd is 100% scam because they even block my email and password so I can't log in to my account anymore, I can't track my order. These people are thieves, they just want to steal your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

As of today 5-14-16,4 and a 1/2 months after I paid them, I still haven't received my watches, can't get my money back, can't get help from anybody. This website deserves no star at all, these people are thieves!

Au début pas de problème, ils répondent au mail vous indique même comment faire le virement ou payer ma carte... après plus rien une fois le paiement reçu.

La montre n'est bien sur jamais (cela fait 1 an déjà...) arrivé par contre mon argent envolé!
Donc surtout n'achetez pas sur ce site. La plus belle preuve est le numéro de téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas lorsque l'on appelle.

This place is a total rip off! I purchased a GMT Master II about a year and a half ago. I tried for a long time to extend the warranty with no response - although at this point, I'm convinced I would just have been throwing good money after bad. My watch does not keep accurate time, the 24 hour hand moves mysteriously sometimes when setting the time and now the crown will not stay tightened when I screw it back in, or attempt to. The watches are all pure junk - made in China. Nobody ever answers their 800 number and they do not respond to voice messages left after their machine picks up and says "Hello and thank you for calling. We're not able to take your call at this time, but if you'll leave your name and a detailed message and your phone number, we will return your call as soon as possible" (bullsh*t), nor do they respond to email messages submitted on their web site. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Solid Swiss is a scam site. I feel for its very professional look and promises of quality and customer service. However they have taken my money and there is no watch. They do not respond to messages or emails. I have asked for name of courier, tracking info despatch or delivery info with no responses. I have asked for a refund for non delivery with no response. Nothing about them is true. Do not fall for the glossy website. You have been warned, it is a scam. A good scam but a scam nonetheless. Even the comments from so called satisfied customers are a scam. They also do not reply to requests to answer some questions. Avoid these people and don't waste your money on nothing.@

After ordering and receiving a Milgauss, compared it to a Milgauss that a friend bought from another site THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME. I paid Solidswiss 3 times more that my friend payed for his Milgauss, they even have the same serial numbers on the case. After looking closely at their website photos comparing their movement to an actual rolex movement, the same exact scratches are in each photo - they didn't even bother to alter the photos slightly in Photoshop. Order from Solidswiss if you want to pay 3 times more for the watch.

Solidswiss. Cd is a verified vendor of VISA/MasterCard for over 15 years. VISA/MasterCard would not let these people use their service if they had return after return or were not a quality company. If you purchase using VISA or MasterCard and aren't happy w/ the product or think they falsely led you to believe something that isn't true, all you have to do is return it and notify your credit card company of the issue and your money will be refunded in full.
