I never received my shoes, and they keep lying me for the refund, but they never send me back my money!
Solestruck is the worst!
A couple of years ago I went Gaga over the 'heelless' shoe style and found solestruck carried the Jeffry Campbell line.
I hate to admit it now (styles change) but I bought three or four pair of them and got great service from this store. It has been a while but I still occasionally take a look at what they offer but recent styles haven't budged my shoe-meter to the point of buying - but time will tell!
And I just clicked on their site and it says 'Sold Out" - so maybe they're sold out or maybe they've gone bye-bye forever. Life is that way sometimes :(
I ordered the doc. Martens jadon boot on wednesday night and got them delivered to me on tuesday afternoon. No extra fees, charges, nothing. They were in perfect condition and fit like a glove. Mind you I live in Belgium. So I'm quite content with their service. Don't hesitate to order form them.
They have amazing selection of shoes and AMAZING customer service. I complained about the bad quality of some shoes i ordered and received store credit immediately, without asking for that at all. They really do care for their customers and ship very fast too. Highly recommended.
I bought some shoes from here, they turned out to be sized wrong on the website, they still fit and i loved them so i didnt want to return them. I talked to customer service, ended up having a pretty funny conversation about Portland (where they are located). The customer service rep apologized, notified someone about the sizing problem and sent me a generous discount code! Amazing experience that ended up working out really well
This is a great online store! I purchased some shoes from here, and I really love them. They are very comfortable, well made, and attractive. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

I'm a devout buyer of Solestruck. It's one of my fave websites to buy shoes from! Rare to find shoes + stellar customer service = LOVE! Highlyyyyy recommended to every shoe addict!
UPDATE: no longer am i a frequent buyer@ Solestruck. I have been satisfying my shoe addiction with Solestruck less now as they do not offer free shipping to Canada anymore. Free shipping to Canada is only on orders $250 or more. Booooooo!
There aren't really any promo codes but their customer service and free shipping makes up for it! It's a small store but the shoes they carry are sooo amazinggg!
