Ordered women's sizes instead of men's in error. Sent 2 emails before I received a response... and it told me I had 30 days from order date to complete return. I had less than a week by this time, but they honored the return/exchange.
Original order placed mid August... received correct order yesterday (9/21).
Could've had my shirts much sooner if return policy was clearly stated.
Every time I order from SnorgTees, I am pleased with the results. Their shirts are very well-made and last a long time without fading. My wife is still wearing one of their shirts four years after I purchased it. Delivery is prompt. The one time I had to make an exchange, there was no problem.
The quality of these fun shirts is very good, and the service is timely!

I usually wear sizes XS or S. But Snorgtee's t-shirts run reaaaaally small! I initially ordered 3 size S tees and it looked like I stole them from a 12 year old. I sent then back for an exchange in size M, but they still fit pretty tight. I'll keep them this time because I'm tired of dealing with it and paying extra every time. But I still kind of feel disappointed. That's too bad because the designs are cool...
Please be careful when ordering and choose one or two sizes above your usual one! And please Snorgtee, revise your sizes for the American market...
SnorgTees hasn't disappointed me yet. Great shirts, great deals, and bonus points to boot. My last shirt was free!
I have received the package (10 tshirts + 2 hoodies), but had the following issues:
1. The local delivery company never attempted to contact me
2. I had to pay 58.7 USD tax to receive the package
3. The tops were in a card board box without any packaging, along with a bad smell
I understand that you may not be able to control or foresee the issues faced with local laws and delivery providers (even though you could pressure USPS to do so), but I m sure you could have used some sealed plastic packaging to make sure the tops arrive preteen.

I always rate a company when something goes wrong - it's easy when everything is sunshine and flowers, but the real test is when there is a screw up.
So I received the wrong design, Snorg were great, fixed it straight away, sent me another, were apologetic, everything I expect.

I live in New Zealand and we don't have anything like this over here. The site is well set up and the shirts are great. Just take my money already!
Seriously I have been buying shirts at SnorgTees for 3 years they are the only place I buys tees!
When the shirt I ordered didn't show up in time, they sent another one. When both eventually showed up, I just sent one back. Customer Service was easy to work with. Would definitely order from the site again.
Shipping and T-shirts are a really good price. Once I stuffed up my address, and they resent it free of charge. They give $5 for your birthday, and always has discounted shirts. They take your ideas and put them on shirts, they are my favorite website!
