All around great company

Recently I bought a Snaptain drone thru Amazon. A few days after it arrived I got an email from the customer service of Snaptain, letting me know they seen my review and if there ever was a problem to contact them.As a thank you for being a customer I was offered a free drone. This level of customer service isn't seen anymore. They found a loyal customer in me.
