All I said in my previous review still stands. The UPDATE is that they finally refunded all of my money. I gave them one more star for finally following thru on their guarantee. Therefore this is an average company but all the trouble and time it takes to complete a return is frustrating and exasperating. I still wish the product would have worked for us.
