Ordered Low adhesion sealant FedEx overnight and was never informed that the sealant was back ordered. After several calls, that went unanswered, I was finally able to speak with a representative and informed of the back order and was told the sealant would be received Friday. When no shipping confirmation or or tracking info was received, I again called and was told they would check into the matter and call back. I never received a call however 2 days later, I received an email with tracking information provided. To make a long story short, the order was not received until 10 (TEN) days later after paying for FEDEX overnight. I feel SkyGeek was totally unresponsive and at the very least should have reimburse the overnight shipping fee.
