It gave me the option to ship using my Collect Account but wouldn't process it. It kept saying an error code that I didn't enter my account number when in fact I did. I had to select ship FedEx ground for it to finally process my order. Very disappointing.

They fixed this problem and they were supposed to ship out overnight. They got missed and sat in the warehouse for a week. Once I contacted Customer Service they got them out that day. Just annoying it got missed and we waited a week and still paid for overnight shipping on our account.
