Entering the credit card number was a problem. I had to enter it 4 times. Additionally, there was a long delay between the order and shipping. By the time I got it, I got a small quantity from one of our vendors to do the test. The container shipped has not been opened.

With No results both times no product shipped, 4 weeks and still waiting,
Would not recommend to any one.

Very good - did not receive one of the certs ordered with product. Had to open a ticket. It took 3 days to receive. Seems this should have been resolved more quickly if it had to happen at all.

3 weeks delivery?! Ridiculous. I could of driven to the manufacturer several states away in less time. Customer service contact was meh, "we're a little behind due to weather", what's the warehouse out in a field? I'd of preferred Paypal payment option.

Excessive shipping cost

Had one issue using a portable device...site would not take order until i used a PC. After that it went fine.
Really like you letting us use our own shipping accounts...many places don't and that is very inconvenient.
