I selected ground shipping and the freight charge was $8.00 USD and a total charge of $38.50 USD.
I was contacted and advised that the item had to be shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL OVERNIGHT PRIORITY 1.
This required that the item be shipped with a HAZARDOUS MATERIAL DECLARATION and the resulting freight charge was $167.07 CDN.
Do I get a refund of the $8.00 I paid for shipping? The $167.07 was charged on my FEDEX account.
I will not be using SKYGEEK to order this item ever again. I will look for another supplier.
