The site is very user friendly. The prices are comfortable and the service is excellent.

For a beginner for on-line shopping it was pretty simple. I had to go back a couple of times but had no problems.

The price of the product was great, however I thought the shipping charges were a little extravagant. But I love the product. If I had been a smart shopper, I would have ordered more product to compensate the shipping charges. Live and Learn I say huh?

Biggest downside: The entered customer-PO# is not displayed in any of the email correspondence.
That makes it quite tricky to find the correct order if you get 200 emails per day.
