Best source for what I needed. Arrived in good shape and on time. Shipping cost to Alaska was reasonable unlike many vendors who insist on using expensive alternatives.

Has been great EXCEPT can not see SHIPPING CHARGES which make me nervous! I am thinking that they were included as it didn't show up when we checked out and paid...but I am still not sure.

For some reason my order was stuck in their system for about a week. Called customer service first but they did not return my call so I called the ordering department. They got the order moving and I received it a week later.

Good transaction

The initial experience was good. Then the books came, incomplete, and one misadvertised. I contacted cs and spoke to a rude lady telling me they don't do exchanges without understanding the situation as explained. Still waiting on primary books and still haven't heard via email or otherwise on expected delivery date.

First time and very easy to shop this way.

Order was quick and easy and product received was exactly as ordered. Shipping cost seemed a little high and the span of time between ordering and shipment was a little longer than expected.

Love the ease of site and pricing. Do still wonder how much the SHIPPING will be by FED EX ground? That is my only reservation about this order!

My only complaint is the cost of shipping. USPS Flat Rate Priority mail would have cost less than half and been as fast. Otherwise all was great. Thx
