I ordered item MS1212AD with 2 day shipping. It has been 8 days and the tracking information says it was returned to sender in Lagrangeville. I called customer service and got no response.

They have the gear I need.I looked for about a week locally and had an epiphany (check the net). Behold here it was. I'm very happy.

While this purchase was made on a Sunday, expected that the extra money paid for immediate shipment and overnight delivery would still make for a Tuesday delivery. Delivery did not happen until Wednesday

If the backorder date is correct on the www I will change all stars to 5

A week later but we were not in a big hurry

Website clunky, esp checkout as price changed/updated during the process, which may have been a one-off for the product I was purchasing. Good price still though. Would be good to have a person to contact rather than all cyber.
